A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE JOINT
USE AGREEMENT WITH THE POWAY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
CONCERNING THE TWIN PEAKS MULTIPURPOSE CENTER
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 88-028
WHEREAS, t~e Poway City Council and the Poway Unified School District
approved a Joint Use Agreement for Twin Peaks Middle School on May 3, 1988;
and
WHEREAS, the City and District are both desirous of amending said
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Poway hereby:
1. Approves with the Poway Unified School District an amended Joint Use
Agreement.
2. Rescinds Resolution No. 88-028.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to do all things necessary and proper to implement said Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City of ~oway, California, at a
regular meeting thereof this 22nd day of S-~1 Cember 1992.
