A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWA¥, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING A LANDSCAPE PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTION FEE
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION 89-077
WHEREAS, the City Council may find it necessary or desirable to amend the
City's fee schedule from time to time as authorized by the Government Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that is necessary to adjust fees for
landscape plan review and inspection in order to recover all costs for this
service; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway held a properly noticed public hearing in
accordance with the California Government Code and the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) to consider the proposed amendment; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway further finds that the proposed amendment is not
subject to the CEQA requirements pursuant to Section 15273(a)(1).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council does hereby:
1. Establish the Landscape Plan Review and Inspection Fee to be
calculated according to the following table.

unit price estimate sheet to be submitted with fees.
