A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
DESIGNATING VOTING DELEGATE AND ALTERNATES
TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA JOINT POWERS
INSURANCE AUTHORITY (SCJPIA)
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION 91-070
WHEREAS, the City of Poway is a member of the Southern
California Joint Powers Insurance Authority (SCJPIA); and
WHEREAS, as a member, the City of Poway is entitled to all
voting rights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The following are designated as Director and Alternates
of the SCJPIA for the City of Poway:

Bob Emery, Councilmember
Michael Cafagna, Councilmember
Susan Callery, Councilmember

2. Resolution No. 91-070 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City
of Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 19th day
of January, 1993.
