A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING A REGIONAL GROWTH MANAGEMENT
STRATEGY AND CONGESTION MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM LOCAL CONSISTENCY CHECKLIST
WHEREAS, the City of Poway has completed the Local/Regional Consistency
Checklist for the Regional Growth Management Strategy and Congestion Management
Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has reviewed the Checklist
and finds its contents to be a true and accurate representation of the
consistency of its plans, policies and regulations with the Regional Growth
Management Strategy and Congestion Management Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve that the subject
checklist is exempt under the provisions of the California Environmental Quality
Act, Class 6 (Information Collection) and that it is hereby approved for
forwarding to the San Diego Association of Governments.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 16th day of February, 1993.
