A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY SETTING THE DATE, TIME
AND PLACE OF A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH THE POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY WITH
RESPECT TO THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PAGUAY
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Poway (the "Agency")
has initiated proceedings for the adoption of the Amendment to the Paguay
Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared a Final Environmental Impact Report in
connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, Section 33355 of the California Health and Safety Code provides
that the City Council and the Agency of the City of Poway, with the consent of
both, may hold a joint public hearing on the Amendment to the Paguay
Redevelopment Plan;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby sets as the date, time and place for
a Joint Public Hearing on the Amendment to the Paguay Redevelopment Plan with the
Agency for the Paguay Redevelopment Project and the Final Environmental Impact
Report prepared in connection therewith, the following:

7:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter
City of Poway Council Chambers

Poway, California
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to give notice of
such public hearing in the form and manner required by the California Health and
Safety Code.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
