San Dicgo, State of California, for[he property located at 13427 Olive Tree Lane,Poway;'California,92064; and
WHEREAS, on February 1, 2012, the Poway Redevelopmenl Agency was dissolved by operation of law, and,
pu�suant to California Flealth and Safety Code Section 34173, the City of Poway became the Successor Agency to the
former"Redevelopment Agency; and
