A RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD TO THE
SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE POWAY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OFFICIALS TO ACCEPT DEEDS
AND GRANTS ON BEHALF OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD TO THE
SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE POWAY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, Section 27281 of the Government Code provides a political
corporation or government agency, by a general resolution, may authorize one or more
officers or agents to accept and consent to such deeds or grants; and,
WHEREAS, the Oversight Board to the Successor Agency of the Poway
Redevelopment Agency was established April 10, 2012, and has not yet adopted a
resolution authorizing certain officials to accept on behalf of the Oversight Board to the
Successor Agency of the Poway Redevelopment Agency deeds or grants conveying to
the Successor Agency title to, or interest in, real property; and,
NOW, THEREFORE the Oversight Board to the Successor Agency of the Poway
Redevelopment Agency does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Oversight Board to the Successor Agency of the Poway
Redevelopment Agency hereby authorizes the following staff positions with the City of
Poway to accept on behalf of the Oversight Board to the Successor Agency, grants or
deeds conveying to the Successor Agency title to or interest in, real property:
Executive Director of the Oversight Board
Secretary of the Oversight Board
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED by the Oversight Board to the Successor
Agency of the Poway Redevelopment Agency at a special meeting this 25th day of
September, 2013.

Board held on the 25th day of September, 2013 and that it was so adopted by the
