COVENANT REGARDING PRIVATE ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Mark R. Fisher and Nancy R: Fisher (as a married couple) (hereinafter "Owner"), are the owners
of that certain real property commonly known as 18120 Old Coach Road and more fully
described as foilows:
The Easterly 275.00 feet of the Northerly 400.00 feet of the South Half of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 13 Soufh,
Range 1 West, San Bemardino Base and Meridian, in the City of Poway, County
of San Diego, State of California.
By entering into this covenant, Owner hereby agrees to participate in, and not oppose, a private
road maintenance agreement with their neighbo�s, and agrees to cooperate with neigh6ors in
future costs to construct, reconst�uct, repair, and maintain the private road(s) used to access
[heir property as reasonably necessary to preserve the private road for normal access, ingress
and"eg�ess purposes:- — _ __ `
This Covenant shal� run with the land, and shall be binding upon Owner, future owners,
encum6rances, successors, heirs, personaC representatives, transferees, and assigns of the
respective parties, and is heretiy expressly declared to be enforceable by the City of Poway.
