A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-095
WHEREAS, On December 3, 1985, he City Council adopted Resolution No. 85-
095 which established criteria for the time extension of subdivision maps; and
WHEREAS, On April 20, 1993, the City Council took action finding that
this procedure is no longer necessary in order to grant time extensions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
AS FOLLOWS:
Resolution No. 85-095 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 27th day of April, 1993.
