ESTABLISHING A
RESOLUTION NO. 93- 075
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
YIELD SIGN ON SUNRISE CANYON ROAD AT IPAVA DRIVE
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21356 of the California Vehicle Code; and
WHEREAS, Section
establishment of yield
21356 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, Section 10.24.070 of the Poway Municipal Code allows the
erection of yield signs at intersection approaches designated by Council
resolution; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a yield sign should hereby be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
21356 of the California Vehicle Code, a yield sign shall be installed on
Sunrise Canyon Road at Ipava Drive.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof, this 8th day of June, 1993.
