A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
SUSPENDING THE REQUIREMENTS OF
RESOLUTION NO. 89-042 FOR 1993 ONLY
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 89-042 establishes the fourth Tuesday in June as
the date for the City Council to hear publicly-initiated General Plan
Amendments; and
WHEREAS, in 1993 these General Plan Amendments will be heard on July 13,
1993, not June 22, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY
AS FOLLOWS:
The requirements of Resolution No. 89-042 are hereby suspended for 1993
only.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED this 8th day of June, 1993.
