A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING
A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE PUBLIC DURING
PUBLIC POOL HOURS FOR THE POWAY COMMUNITY
SWIM CENTER AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-055
WHEREAS, fees from the use of the City of Poway recreational facilities
have been established to provide for the recovery of operational and
maintenance costs associated with said facilities; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to revise the fees charged to the
public.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby
resolve as follows:
A daily admission fee and pass fee for the public be adopted
establishing the following fees:
