Res 93-101RESOLUTION NO. 93-101 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR SWIM CLUBS DURING PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SWIM TIMES FOR THE POWAY COMMUNITY SWIM CENTER AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-055 WHEREAS, fees for the use of the Poway Community Swim Center by swim clubs during public and private swim times have been established to provide for recovery of staff and maintenance costs associated with said facilities; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to revise the fees charged to swim clubs and rental groups. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve as follows: A daily admission fee and pass fee for swim team members and public time rental be approved establishing the following fees: Daily Admission adult (16 and older) youth (15 and under) senior (60 and older) Resident Nonresident $1.70 $3.OO 1.20 2.10 1.20 2.10 Summer, Fall, Winter, and Sprin§ Season Passes Resident Nonresident adult $61.00 $92.00 youth 40.00 60.50 senior 40.00 60.50 Yearly Passes Resident Nonresident adult youth senior $151.20 $194.25 100.00 128.00 100.00 128.00 A rental fee for long course water during the months of June, July, and August during public time of $3 per lane per hour for resident teams and $5 per lane per hour for nonresident teams. A private time pool rental fee during fall, winter, and spring months of $3 per lane per hour for resident teams and $5 per lane per hour for nonresident teams. Resolution No. 93-101 Page 2 4. Teams are required to rent a minimum of two hours and six lanes during times when the pool is not open to the public. 5. Resolution No. 91-055 is hereby rescinded.
