A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY
ORDERING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
DEDICATION LOCATED WITHIN PARCEL 3 OF PARCEL MAP 5755
WHEREAS, Stone Canyon Road as constructed does not completely fall
within the street right-of-way granted over a portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel
Map 5755 leaving portions of Stone Canyon Road outside of the street right-of-
way;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to obtain additional right-of-way to assure
unconditional through vehicular access rights over a portion of Parcel 3 of
Parcel Map 5755 for Stone Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, the owner of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map 5755 is herein dedicating
the necessary right-of-way as described in the attached legal description and
plat titled "Exhibit A."
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve,
determine, and order as follows:
1. The City of Poway hereby accepts the dedication of the public
right-of-way described as follows:
See attached legal description and plat titled "Exhibit A."
The City Clerk of the City of Poway is authorized and directed to
cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 27th day of July, 1993.
