A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A "LOADING" ZONE ON GARDEN ROAD AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. g3-o3g
WHEREAS, Section 21458 of the California Vehicle Code permits local authorities to
establish "loading" zones; and
WHEREAS, Poway Municipal Code Section 10.28.190 allows City Council to establish
"loading" zones; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that a certain "loading" zone should be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 10.28.190 of the
Poway Municipal Code, a "loading" zone is established on Garden Road in the following
location:
Loadinq Zone (Time-Restricted, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, school
days only)
Along the north side of Garden Road beginning 410 feet east of the easterly extended
curbline of Floral Avenue, thence easterly a distance of 190 feet.
Resolution 93-039 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California,
at a regular meeting thereof this 7th day of September, 1993.
