A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING ALL-WAY STOP CONTROLS AT THE INTERSECTION OF
TAI~ASCAN DRIVE AND WANESTA DRIVE
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of stop controls in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that stop controls should hereby be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
21351 of the California Vehicle Code, all-way stop controls shall be installed
at the intersection of Tarascan Drive and Wanesta Drive.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof, this 4th day of January, 1994.
