A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY
ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
OF THE CITY OF POWA¥ - POWA¥ VILLAS ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improvement District to
receive sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has reviewed and
considered the annexation of the property to the Sewer Improvement District of
Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Poway does hereby resolve as follows:
The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
The conditions of annexation are:
The payment to the City of Poway for the right and use of all
existing property, real and personal of the Sewer Improvement
District in the amounts as follows:
Poway Villas, 14400 Poway Road - $6,135.00
b. The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, engineering, and attorney's fees.
3. The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improvement District is
in the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.
The annexation has been reviewed pursuant to the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act, and has been found to be
exempt under Class 19 of Categorical Exemptions.
No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property
is within the corporate boundary of the City of Poway and the
annexation is to an improvement district within the City.
The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A shall become
effective immediately upon passage of the Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 19th of April, 1994.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 18, Township 14 South, Range 1 West San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California
according to United States Government Survey, lying within the following
described boundaries:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter;
Thence North 89°37'34'' East, 495.00 feet along the Northerly line
of said Section 18 to the Easterly line of the Westerly 495.00
feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter;

Thence South 0008'07" East, 1319.77 feet along said Easterly line
