A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
POWAY, CALIFORNIA FINDING THAT THE LEASING OF THE
LAKE POWAY CONCESSION AND BAIT AND TACKLE SHOP
IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ANY OTHER CITY PURPOSE
WHEREAS, the City of Poway is the property owner of the Lake Poway
Concession and Bait and Tackle Shop; and
WHEREAS, the City proposes to lease said property; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 37395 provides that the City may lease
owned property for a period not to exceed 55 years upon a finding that the
property is not required for any other City purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby find
that the leasing of the Lake Poway Concession and Bait and Tackle Shop is not
required for any other City purpose.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 24th day of May, 1994.
