A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
LISTING OFFICIALS AUTHORIZED TO ACQUIRE
FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY FROM THE
CALIFORNIA STATE AGENCY FOR SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Poway has the opportunity to obtain Federal surplus
property free of charge due to the closure of several military bases in
California; and
WHEREAS, in order to be eligible to receive this surplus property, the
California State Agency for Surplus Property requires a list of officials
authorized to acquire the property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
The employees whose names and titles are listed below shall be and
are hereby authorized as our representatives to acquire federal
surplus property from the California State Agency for Surplus
Property under the Terms and Conditions as set forth by the
Agency.
