A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING
A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF OLD POMEILADO ROAD FROM BEELER CREEK
BRIDGE EXTENDING NORTHERLY 400 FEET
Whereas, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of "No Standing or Parking" zones in the City of Poway; and
Whereas, the City Council has determined that a certain No Parking zone
should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 22507 of
the California Vehicle Code, a No Parking zone is hereby established on Old
Pomerado Road in the following location:
No Standinq or Parking Zone: Along the west side of Old Pomerado Road
beginning at Beeler Creek Bridge and extending northerly a distance of
400 feet.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 13th day of September, 1994.
