A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUING OF A DEMOLITION PERMIT FOR
THE CABIN LOCATED AT 14500 MIDLAND ROAD

WHEREAS, the officials of the City of Poway have inspected and found the
to be unsafe for human habitation due to the following.
The cabin located at 14500 Midland Road has been found to be in
dilapidated and deteriorating condition to the point of structural
failure.
Numerous building, health and safety code violations exist in the cabin.
The cabin has been found to be unsafe for human habitation.
WHEREAS, the property owners wish to remove the cabin to clean and improve
the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway, hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1
The City Council finds that the dilapidated condition of the cabin at 14500
Midland Road constitutes an immediate danger to the life, limb, health, property,
safety and welfare of the Public.
Section 2
The City Council directs the Planning Department to issue a demolition permit for
the removal of the cabin at 14500 Midland Road.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 20th day of September, 1994.
