A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY
ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
OF THE CITY OF POWAY - JAMES AND ALLISON WALLS ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improvement District to
receive sewer service;
WHEREAS, the property owner has paid the appropriate fees for the right
and use of all existing property, real and personal of the Sewer Improvement
District; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has reviewed and
considered the annexation of the property to the Sewer Improvement District of
Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Poway does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A more
commonly known as 13731Putney Road.
2. The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improvement District is
in the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.
The annexation has been reviewed pursuant to the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act, and has been found to be
exempt under Class 19 of Categorical Exemptions.
No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property
is within the corporate boundary of the City of Poway and the
annexation is to an improvement district within the City.
5. The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A shall become
effective immediately upon passage of the Resolution.
6. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 15th of November, 1994.

TO THE CITY OF POWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 31 7-1:21-18
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 13, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, and that portion of
Lot 1 (Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter) of Section 18,
Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, according to United States
Government Survey, approved September 11, 1879, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter; thence along the Westerly line thereof, North
2°51'20" East, 337.77 feet; thence South 88051'30" East, 995.15 feet
to a point in the center line of that certain 60 foot strip of land
shown on Record of Survey Map No. 3485, as "Easements Reserved for
Road"; thence along said center line North 1°08'30" East, 672.00 feet
to an angle point in said "Reserved Easements"; thence along the center
line of said easements South 88°51r30" East, 100.12 feet to the
beginning of a curve in said easement, concave Northerly having a
radius of 505.49 feet; thende Easterly along the arc of said curve
130.00 feet, more or less, to the Northeasterly corner of land
described in deed to Loren G. ~ilton, et ux, recorded January 21,
1970 as File No. 11412 of official records, being the True Point of
Beginning; thence South l°08'30" West along the Easterly line thereof
270.00 feet, more or less, to the Southerly line of land described in' /"
deed to Nathaniel H. Rauch, et ux, recorded August 1, 1955 in Book
'5737, Page 46 of official records; thence~North88°51'30" East along
said Southerly line 213.45 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly
corner of said Ranch's land, being an angle point in the Westerly
boundary of land described in deed to William D. Buller, et ux,
recorded May 28, 1974, as File No. 74-138021 of official records;
thence along said Westerly boundary North 17°55'30" East, 115.82·
feet and North 23°-17'33" West, 244.47 feet to the Easterly terminus
of the aforesaid 505.49 foot radius curve; thence Westerly along the
arc of said curve, 157.29 feet, more or less, to the True Point of
Beginning.
