A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALZFORNIA
APPROVING PROGRAH SUPPLENENTS NO. 005 AND 006 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREENENT
FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
Whereas, the City of Poway has been selected to receive grant aid to
construct two projects which will improve traffic signal coordination in North
Poway and install a closed circuit television camera with fiber optic link at
Community and Poway Roads; and
Whereas, Program Supplements No. 005 and 006, which authorize
expenditures in the amount totalling $90,000 for the two local projects has
been submitted for Council approval; and
Whereas, the City Council has determined that the projects will benefit
the community by mitigating traffic congestion and improving air quality.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The City Council hereby approves Program Supplements No. 005 and 006
to Local Agency-State Agreement for Federal Projects.
2. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute said
Program Supplements and any future Program Supplements with respect to this
project.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
