A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A YIELD SIGN ON WILSEY WAY AT TARZANA ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21100(d) of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 21356 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of yield signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a yield sign should hereby be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
21356 of the California Vehicle Code, a yield sign shall be installed on
Wilsey Way at Tarzana Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof, this 6th day of December, 1994.
