SUBJECT: Modification to Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 91-05(M) and Minor
Development Review (MDRA) 92-64R, Phillip Chenn, Applicant: A
request to add a 2,154-square-foot, two-story addition onto an existing
4,522-square-foot residential care facility located at 16031 Pomerado
Road within the Residential Single-Family-2 zone. The request also
- includes the conversion of the existing garage to living space and the
construction of a 754-square-foot detached garage.

Attached is a communication we have received from the neighbors expressing their
agreement with the revised plans on this project.
It is recommended that the City Council approve CUP 91-05, subject to the conditions in
the Resolution attached to the Agenda Report, as revised.

We, the residents of Indian Trail Estates, have received the revised plans regarding the two-story addition
to the current single level nursing facility of Mr. Chenn.
We agree with the plans as written, We approve of the revised design, and if it is approved by the council
as written, we have no objections. However, any changes must be reviewed by us first.
