A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING
NO STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING ZONES ON ll~IN PEAKS ROAD, ESPOLA ROAD, AND
SILVER LAKE DRIVE; A TIME RESTRICTED LOADING ZONE ON A SEGMENT OF THE NORTH
SIDE OF TWIN PEAKS ROAD; AND, RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 100, 243, 316, 317,
318, 84-034, 89-002
Whereas, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of 'No Stopping, Standing, or Parking' zones in the City of
Poway; and
Whereas, Section 21458 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of "Time Restricted Loading" zones in the City of Poway, and
Whereas, the City Council has determined that certain 'No Stopping,
Standing, or Parking' and "Time Restricted Loading' zones should be
established,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in accordance with Sections 22507
and 21458 of the California Vehicle Code, 'No Stopping or Standing" zones are
hereby established on Twin Peaks Road, Espola Road, and Silver Lake Drive in
the following locations:
No Stoppinq, Standina. or Parkinq:
On the east side of Espola Road beginning at the north extended curbline of
Range Park Road, thence north to the south extended curbline of Twin Peaks
Road, and, along both sides of Espola Road from the north extended curbline of
Twin Peaks Road, thence north and east to the San Diego City Limit, excepting
therefrom a segment along the west side of Espola Road, beginning 340 feet
south of the south extended curbline of Los Nietos Drive, extending north 789
feet; and, excepting therefrom a segment along the west side of Espola Road,
beginning 218 feet south of the south extended curbline of Durhullen Drive,
extending north 441 feet; and, excepting therefrom a segment along the west
side of Espola Road, beginning 389 feet south of the south extended curbline
of Summer Sage Road, extending south 765 feet; and
On both sides of Twin Peaks Road from the west extended curbline of Espola
Road, west to the San Diego City Limit, excepting therefrom a segment along
the north side of Twin Peaks Road, beginning at the west extended curbline of
Roberto Rio Road, thence west to the east extended curbline of Tierra Bonita
Road; and, excepting therefrom a segment along the north side of Twin Peaks
Road, beginning 215 feet west of the west extended curbline of Tierra Bonita
Road, extending west to the east curbline of Budwin Lane; and
On the west side of Silver Lake Drive beginning 342 feet south of the south
extended curbline of Robison Boulevard, thence south 175 feet; and from the
north extended curbline of Poway Road, thence north 100 feet.
Loadinq Zone: (Time Restricted, enforced from 7:00 a.m. to g:O0 a.m.,
and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., school days only.)
Along the north side of Twin Peaks Road, beginning 438 feet west of the west
extended curbline of Tierra Bonita Road, thence west a distance of 250 feet.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolutions Number 100, 243, 316, 317, 318, 84-
034, and 89-002 are hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 15th day of August, 1995.
