Res 95-111 RESOLUTION NO. 95-111
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWA¥, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING
NO STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING ZONES ON APACHE ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of "No Stopping, Standing, or Parking" zones in the City of
Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain "No Stopping,
Standing, or Parking" and "Time Restricted Loading" zones should be
established,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in accordance with Sections 22507
of the California Vehicle Code, a "No Stopping or Standing" zone is hereby
established on Apache Road in the following location:
No Stopping, Standinq, or Parkin§:
On the south side of Apache Road beginning at the west extended curb line of
Midland Road, thence west a distance of 375 feet.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 17th day of October, 1995.
