A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
TIATING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT{GPA) 96-01 AND
ZONE CHANGE (ZC) 96-01
City Council of the City of Poway recognizes that the need may

Lion 65350, et seq, of the California Government Code describes
amending General Plans; and
~ral Plan Amendment 96-01 and Zone Change 96-01 is proposed for
6 public hearing before the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Section 17.46.0208 of the Poway Municipal Code (Zoning Development
Code) provides that a change in the boundaries of any zone or a change in the
regulations may be initiated by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, General Plan Amendment 96-01 and Zone Change 96-01 consists of the
following City-initiated application:
General Plan Amendment 96-01/Zone Chanqe 96-01: A City initiated proposal to
redesignate the land use and zoning for approximately 6.1 acres of land from RRC
(1 du/1, 2, 4 net acres) to RR-B(1 du/2, 4, 8 net acres). The subject property
is addressed as 14305 Twin Peaks Road and the associated assessor parcel number
is 321-243-04.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Poway,
by adoption of this resolution, does hereby initiate General Plan Amendment 96-
01/Zone Change 96-01.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 19th day of December 1995.
