A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWA¥, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING ZONE
ON MAPLEWOOD STREET SOUTH OF TWIN PEAKS ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of "No Stopping, Standing, or Parking" zones in the City of
Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that A certain "No Stopping,
Standing, or Parking" zone should be established,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in accordance with Sections 22507
of the California Vehicle Code, a "No Stopping or Standing" zone is hereby
established on Maplewood Street south of Twin Peaks Road in the following
location:
No Stoppinq, Standinq, or Parkinq:
Beginning at a point on the westerly curbline of Maplewood Street 28 feet
south of the most southerly extended curbline of Twin Peaks Road, thence
southerly a distance of 90 feet.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof, this 14th day of January, 1997.
