A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY
DECLARING THE INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF
A PUBLIC STREET, TO WIT: KERRAN STREET,
ALL IN CITY OF POWAY TRACT 85-04 UNIT 1, MAP NO. 11742
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway intends to vacate a portion of a public
street in accordance with the procedures provided in Chapter 3, Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, commencing at Section 8320;
WHEREAS, Kerran Street was created and dedicated to the public through the recordation
of the final map of City of Poway Tract 85-04 Unit 1, Map No. 11742 on March 9, 1987; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the procedures provided therefor in said Chapter of the Streets and
Highways Code, a public hearing shall be held.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway, the
public hearing for the vacation ora portion ora public street in City of Poway Tract 85-04 Unit 1,
Map No. 11742 shall be held on July 8, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall
of the City of Poway at 13325 Civic Center Drive, Poway, California.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 17th day of June, 1997.
