A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ADOPTING RULES AND REGULATIONS
FOR RECYCLED WATER USERS
WHEREAS, in order to comply with Title 22 of the California Code of
Regulation for Landscape Irrigation and the County Department of Environmental
Health it is necessary to implement "Rules and Regulations for Recycled Water Users"
within the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, on June 17, 1997, Council approved an agreement with the City
of San Diego to provide recycled water to the Scripps Poway Parkway reclaimed
distribution system; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway has begun implementation of a master plan
for the South Poway Business Park; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the City of Poway's
"Rules and Regulations for Recycled Water Users."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Poway approves and adopts the "City of Poway Rules and Regulations for Recycled
Water Users."
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting this 30th day of September 1997.
