A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO APPLY
FOR FUNDING THROUGH THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO "COMMUNITY
ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM"
WHEREAS, the City of Poway is a legally constituted governmental entity,
under the laws of the State of California, and is in complete control of its affairs through its
own officers and members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, does hereby approve the filing of an application for the County of San Diego
"Community Enhancement Program" funding for the County's 1998-99 Fiscal Year.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway at
a regular meeting thereof this 21st day of April, 1998.
