A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING A NO STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING ZONE ON CARRIAGE ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establishment of
"No Stopping, Standing, or Parking" zones in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain "No Stopping, Standing, or
Parking" zones should be established,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in accordance with Section 22507 of the
California Vehicle Code, a "No Stopping or Standing" zone is hereby established in the
following location:
No Stopping, Standing, or Parking:
On the east side of Carriage Road beginning at the southerly extended curbline of
Poway Road, thence south a distance of 304 feet; and, on the west side of Carriage
Road beginning at the southerly extended curbline of Poway Road, thence south a
distance of 210 feet.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway, California at
a regular meeting thereof this 19th day of May, 1998.
