A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING TIME LIMITED PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON MONTERO ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of "No Stopping, Standing, or Parking" zones in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain "Time Limited No
Stopping, Standing, or Parking" zones should be established,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in accordance with Section 22507
of the California Vehicle Code, a "No Stopping or Standing" zone effective between 8-
10 a.m. and 2-4 p.m., school days only is hereby established in the following location:
No Stopping, Standing, or Parking 8-10 a.m. and 2-4 p.m. School Days Only:
On both sides of Montero Road beginning at the eastern terminus of Montero
Road, thence west through the curvature of the cul-de-sac a distance of 120
feet.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 19th day of May, 1998.
