A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING NO STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING ZONES
ON BOWRON ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of "No Stopping, Standing, or Parking" zones in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain "No Stopping,
Standing, or Parking" zones should be established,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in accordance with Section 22507
of the California Vehicle Code, a "No Stopping or Standing" zone is hereby established
in the following locations:
No Stopping, Standing. or Parking:
On the west side of Bowron Road beginning at the southerly extended curbline
of Poway Road, thence south to the northerly extended curbline of Civic Center
Drive; and
No Stopping, Standing, or Parking Between 2:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m.:
On the east side of Bowron Road beginning at the southerly extended curbline of
Poway Road, thence south to the northerly extended curbline of Civic Center
Drive.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof on this 2nd day of June, 1998.
