A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON HUNTINGTON GATE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of "No Stopping, Standing, or Parking" zones in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that a "No Stopping, Standing, or
Parking" zone should be established,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in accordance with Section 22507
of the California Vehicle Code, a "No Stopping, Standing or Parking" zone is hereby
established in the following location:
No Stoooing, Standing, or Parking:
Through the curvature of the cul-de-sac at the southerly end of Huntington Gate
Drive, thence along the entire westerly side of Huntington Gate Drive to Del
Poniente Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 28th day of July, 1998.
