A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPOINTING JAMES L. BOWERSOX AS ITS REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 96-009
WHEREAS, Don Higginson, the Mayor of the City of Poway, has designated and
appointed James L. Bowersox to serve as the representative on the Board of Directors of
the San Diego County Water Authority; and
WHEREAS, this City Council desires to consent to approve said designation and
appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
Section 1.
That the designation and appointment of James L. Bowersox as
representative to the Board of Directors of the San Diego County
Water Authority is hereby consented to and approved;
SectJeQ2.. That Resolution No. 96-009 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City of Poway, California, at a
regular meeting thereof this 4th day of August, 1998.
