A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING A
SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC
AND SWIM TEAMS FOR THE POWAY COMMUNITY SWIM CENTER
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 94-050
WHEREAS, fees for use of the Poway Community Swim Center by members of
the public and swim teams have been established to provide for recovery of staff and
maintenance costs associated with said facilities; and
WHEREAS, fees for use of the Poway Community Swim Center were last
revised in 1994 and operation costs have increased.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. A daily admission fee and pass fee for members of the public be approved
establishing the following fees:

2. A rental fee for swim teams of $3.50 per lane per hour for use during
public time.
3. A rental fee for swim teams during private time shall be based on the
following fee schedule:

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof, this 4th day of August 1998.
