A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING ALL WAY STOP CONTROLS AT AVENIDA FLORENClA
AND CAMINO DEL VALLE
WHEREAS, Sections 21100 and 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permit
local authorities to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the
requirements set forth under Section 21355 of the California Vehicle Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 21355 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of stop signs in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, Section 10.24.020 of the Poway Municipal Code allows the erection
of stop signs at intersection approaches designated by Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that all way stop signs should hereby
be established at Avenida Florencia and Camino del Valle.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
21355 of the California Vehicle Code, and Section 10.24.020 of the Poway Municipal
Code, stop signs shall be installed at Avenida Florencia and Camino del Valle.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof, this 17th day of November, 1998.
