A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET AMENDMENTS
FOR FISCAL YEARS 1998-1999 THROUGH FY 2000-2001
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway adopted on July 1, 1997 the
Poway Financial Program for Fiscal Years 1997-98 and 1998-99; and
WHEREAS, on March 31, 1998, the City Council amended the capital
improvement budget for fiscal years 1997-1998 through 1999-2000; and
WHEREAS, a review of capital improvement budget activity has determined that
certain amendments to the Fiscal Years 1998-1999 through 2000-2001 Poway
Financial Program are necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve
and order as follows:
