A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING VOTING DELEGATE AND
ALTERNATES TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA JOINT
POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY (SCJPIA) AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 97-021
WHEREAS, the City of Poway is a member of the Southem California Joint Powers
Insurance Authority (SCJPIA); and
WHEREAS, as a member, the City of Poway is entitled to all voting rights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The following are designated as Director and Alternates of the
SCJPIA for the City of Poway:

2. Resolution No. 97-021 is hereby rescinded.

California, at a regular meeting thereof this 6th day of July, 1999.
