A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONES ON CREEK ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits local
authorities to establish "no parking" zones; and
WHEREAS, Poway Municipal Code Section 10.28.080 allows City Council to
prohibit or restrict parking; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain "no parking" zones
should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
that:
No parking zones are hereby established along both sides of Creek Road beginning at
the easterly extended curbline of Pomerado Road, thence easterly 400 feet.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting thereof this 20th day of July, 1999.
