A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING TIME-LIMITED PARKING RESTRICTIONS
ON TANNIN DRIVE, AND FULL-TIME RESTRICTIONS ON
TANNIN DRIVE AND SOLERA WAY
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code permits local authorities
to establish "no parking" zones; and
WHEREAS, Poway Municipal Code Section 10.28.080 allows City Council to
prohibit or restrict parking; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain time limited and full- time
"no parking" zones should be established.
that:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
A time-limited "no parking" zone is established from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, school days only in the
following location:
Along the easterly curbline of Tannin Drive beginning at the southerly
extended curbline at Solera Way, thence southerly a distance of 550 feet.
No parking zones are hereby established in the following locations:
On the west side of Tannin Drive beginning at a point 238 feet south of the
southerly extended curbline of Pomard Way, thence southerly around the
cul-de-sac and northerly through a distance of 187 feet.
On the west side of Tannin Drive beginning at a point 18 feet south of the
southerly extended curbline of Solera Way, thence south a distance of 50
feet.
On the north side of Solera Way beginning at the easterly extended curbline
of Tannin Drive, thence east a distance of 50 feet.
