A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING CONGESTION MITIGATION AIR QUALITY
GRANT PROJECT CMLG-5428(007)
WHEREAS, the City of Poway has been selected to receive grant aid to construct
a project which will provide communication and improve traffic signal coordination in
Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the project will benefit the
~;ommunity by mitigating traffic congestion and improving air quality.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves
Congestion Mitigation Air Quality Project CMLG-5428(007).
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof, this 14th day of March, 2000.
