A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. M004
TO THE EXISTING LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT
FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City of Poway has been selected to receive grant aid to construct
a project which will improve traffic signal coordination and communication in Poway; and
WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. M004 which authorizes expenditures in the
amount totaling $354,000 for the project has been submitted for Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the project will benefit the
community by helping to mitigate traffic congestion and improve air quality.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The City Council hereby approves Program Supplement No. M004 to Local
Agency State Agreement for Federal Projects.
2. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute said Program
Supplement and future Program Supplements.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof this 14th day of March, 2000.
