A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
COMMENDING EAGLE SCOUT
MATTHEW DONALD HIGGINSON
WHEREAS, Matthew Donald Higginson has fulfilled requirements in the areas of
leadership, service, and outdoor skills; and
WHEREAS, Matthew Donald Higginson has advanced through the ranks of
Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, 1st Class, Star, Life, and Eagle; and
WHEREAS, Matthew Donald Higginson has obtained a minimum of 21 merit
badges in various educational, community oriented, and sporting activities, which
signify the mastery of certain Scoutcraft skills; and
WHEREAS, Matthew Donald Higginson has completed the community service
project demonstrating participatory and leadership skills within his patrol and/or troop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Poway hereby commends Eagle Scout Matthew Donald Higginson for his efforts and
achievements in Scouting.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at the regular meeting this 25th day of April 2000.
