A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
COMMENDING EAGLE SCOUT
,JACOB ROGER RUEHL-PION
WHEREAS, Jacob Roger RuehI-Pion has fulfilled requirements in the areas of
leadership, service, and outdoor skills; and
WHEREAS, Jacob Roger RuehI-Pion has advanced through the ranks of Scout,
Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, 1st Class, Star, Life, and Eagle; and
WHEREAS, Jacob Roger RuehI-Pion has obtained 29 merit badges in various
educational, community oriented, and sporting activities, which signify the mastery of
Scoutcraft skills; and
WHEREAS, Jacob Roger Ruehl-Pion has completed the community service
project demonstrating participatory and leadership skills within his patrol and/or troop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Poway hereby commends Eagle Scout Jacob Roger Ruehl-Pion for his efforts and
achievements in Scouting.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at the regular meeting this 2nd day of May 2000.
