A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING ALL WAY STOP CONTROLS
AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF STOWE DRIVE AND DANIELSON STREET
AND ON STOWE DRIVE AND KIRKHAM ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local authorities
to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the requirements set forth under
Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the establishment
of stop controls in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that all way stop controls should be
established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
Section 1. In accordance with said Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code,
all way stop controls shall be installed at the Intersections of Stowe Drive and Danielson
Street and on Stowe Drive and Kirkham Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof, this 11th day of July, 2000.
