A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING STOP CONTROLS ON FLINT PLACE AT GREGG STREET AND
TWO-WAY STOP CONTROLS ON DEARBORN PLACE AT GREGG STREET AND
ON PAINE PLACE/PAINE STREET AT GREGG STREET
WHEREAS, Section 21100 of the California Vehicle Code permits local authorities
to adopt by resolution traffic control measures meeting the requirements set forth under
Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code: and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that stop controls should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
Section 1. In accordance with said Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code,
one-way stop controls shall be installed at the intersection of Flint Place and Gregg Street
and two-way stop controls shall be installed at the intersections of Dearborn Place and
Gregg Street and Paine Place/Paine Street and Gregg Street.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California at a regular meeting thereof, this 10th day of October, 2000.
