A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
COMMENDING EAGLE SCOUT
BRIAN CHARLES MILLER
WHEREAS, Brian Charles Miller has fulfilled requirements in the areas of
leadership, service, and outdoor skills; and
WHEREAS, Brian Charles Miller has advanced through the ranks of Scout,
Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, 1st Class, Star, Life, and Eagle; and
WHEREAS, Brian Charles Miller has obtained 36 merit badges in various
educational, community oriented, and sporting activities, which signify the mastery of
Scoutcraft skills; and
WHEREAS, Brian Charles Miller has completed the community service project
demonstrating participatory and leadership skills within his patrol and/or troop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Poway hereby commends Eagle Scout Brian Charles Miller for his efforts and
achievements in Scouting.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at the regular meeting this 5th day of December 2000.
